The classic Willow pattern is an elaborate blue and white English chinoiserie motif from the 18th century. By incorporating these details, the collection pays homage to the past through contemporary design.
The 16cm Rimmed Bread & Butter Plate has a thick raised rim on the outer edge. This plate is specifically used for individual bread & butter servings, or other preferred accompaniments to a meal. Bone china can be washed in a dishwasher - at a maximum temperature of 140°F. However, we would recommend hand washing any pieces with gold or platinum precious metals. Stubborn stains can be removed by soaking in a mild bleach solution for up to one hour without damaging the china. Scouring pads or abrasive washing agents must not be used. Tableware with a gold or platinum trim must not be used in a microwave.
